First-time clients get their first placement at 15% of the candidate's annual salary. After that, placements are 18%. We offer discounts for multiple openings, and we will beat any competitor's rate. No upfront fees — you only pay when someone accepts your offer.

What does "permanent placement" mean?

We find and place full-time employees at your company. These are direct hires who join your team permanently — not temps or contractors. We handle the full recruiting process from sourcing to offer, and you pay a percentage of salary only when the hire accepts.

Why are your rates lower than other agencies?

Most agencies charge 20-25% because they carry large overhead — big offices, account managers, layers of process. We keep things lean and pass the savings to you. Lower rates, same quality, better experience.
